Luxemotor barge from 1934 with a lot of potential and perfectly suited for a life on the water project. Work to refurbish and modernise necessary (paint, woodwork…). Work on the hull is necessary and will be included in the sale.
After having given her some love, her large terrace, her bright and spacious living room as well as her 3 bedrooms will make this boat a very pleasant barge to live on.
Last hull painting in 2019 and survey in 2020.
